Leap and God will catch you

Carol Ruth Knox, (excerpt) from her writings and in the book,  The Path of God, edited by Dr. Coy F. Cross II; here she talks about being caught if you leap:

This Principle of the Universe is, if you leap, God will catch you. Because just as all gravity is pulling most of us down, I can assure you that God is also there, pulling you up. The only way you can find this out is to leap.

You must understand that the Principle of God is an ascending Principle. It is leaven. Leaven is that stuff inside you that rises. You don’t have to make yourself rise. You do have to reach out and grab the balloon string. Something there will catch you. The reason that the dancer can leap is because the dancer knows that the dancer will be caught, whether the dancer rises or falls.

Searching for the self

Carol Ruth Knox, (excerpt) from the book, The Path of God, edited by Dr. Coy F. Cross II:

Let me take a look now at some of the ways in which we act duality out. We may set out to discover our “self.” My sense is that in that search we are trying to discover this wonderful self so that we can hold on to it, define it, so that finally we might come to know who we are. As if the self is something one can hold on to, define and put into concrete.
