Koho Pono is committed to excellence, yet sometimes there will be situations where, for whatever reason, products may fail to meet your expectations. We have developed the following guidelines for returns.
Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product you may return the product within 30 days. We will pay for return postage. Once we receive the damaged product, we will immediately send a replacement to you at no additional charge.
Incomplete/Inaccurate Orders: If your order is incomplete or contains products you did not order, please email us at customerService@ KohoPono.com or call 503-723-7392. For incomplete orders, we will quickly send the missing product to you at no extra charge. If your order contains inaccurate products, they can be returned to us in a sellable condition within 30 days to receive a full refund; we will pay for return postage.
Returns Due to Dissatisfaction: In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return your order in sellable condition within 30 days for a refund. In this instance, Koho Pono is not responsible for the cost of return postage. For orders $250 or greater, we will deduct a 10% handling fee from the refunded amount.
NOTE: Audio/Visual media may only be returned for exchange if unopened, defective, or damaged; otherwise, no refunds will be given. Also, there is no refund for digital media (e.g., eBooks). We appreciate your understanding.
